You have the right to return the products within 14 days of delivery, (as required by European consumer regulations).

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, with labels and in the original packaging.

• The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

• The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

• We will use the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns on personalized products or on items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. underwear).
